Therapeutic Massage

Available  in 30 , 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.

Deep tissue massage is a technique that is used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as chronic muscle tension, strains and sports injuries. By applying deep pressure and slower movements to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues, it helps to break up scar tissue that forms as a result of a previous injury. This helps to reduce tension in muscles and connective tissues and promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Deep Tissue Massage benefits people who are suffering from:

 • sports injuries

 • fibromyalgia

 • plantar fasciitis

 • high blood pressure

 • sciatica

 • tennis elbow
